Sunday the 21st of June  will see the second club race of the year held at the Toms Crossing track. We will be running the step down track with hopefully some new and improved parts to the track, weather permiting. Things are still very dry in Dwellingup and we are desperately waiting for rain to get stuck into the trail. This race being two weeks prior to the state round is always a good chance to get some early practise in against the clock.
Directions: head out of dwelly, turn right into nanga road, then left into the ranger station through there, then the first dirt track on the left.  There will be signs out aswell. Or follow the google link in the maps section.

Prices:

Fees under 13’s, 15’s $20
under 17’s, 19’s $25
other $ 35

Plus: Mtba/Day licences

Rego: 8ish on

Practise 9ish to 11ish am

Racing starts 11.30am

We will have 1 shuttle bus to get riders to the top.
Plus extreme shuttles, thankyou Brett.

PS: I always hear can perthmtb members race at Peel = yes you can.

Get on board people this track is the bomb. One of the more techy trails in the lane pool area but the most riden. Roll Eyes

Bump it up, just over a few weeks away now,

The track has had a fairly decent birthday over the last few days, if i could just give a huge thank you to  Mike, Rexy, Escher, Leeroy, Simpa, Dean Bryne, Joel & Blair, Paul De and his little tacker for putting in a big effort to the track over the last 2 days and the ones who come down after the goaty race to to help on the public holiday. Much Appreciated.

Here's a coupla of pics of the new look chute.

I have to agree with rexy that the track is sexual.
A good amount of rain in the next couple of days will bed it all in.
Can't wait.  Grin
