shit magnet....97% of teens would cry if they saw Robert Pattison (Edward Cullen from Twilight) standing on top of a sky scraper, about to jump. If you're one of the 3% who would sit there eating pop corn screaming "DO A FLIP!" then copy and paste this into your sig

Cheers.

I must admit I am a little worried about them. There is only 40grams of skewer that keeps my face away from smashing the ground. Regular checks should be fine though.

The alternative are some HOPE skewers, probably cost a tad more though.

As long as you clamp them tight you should be fine. The skewer that goes through the hub is only to pull both ends together, it doesn't aid in supporting the hub like an axel.

Should look at the DT swiss skewers. they have a ratchet system in them to get it really nice and tight.

Came out looking very good, almost a shame to get it dirty.

Only thing I would have changed was getting the two ring SLX crankset with the bashguard (the two ring has a different axle and pedal inserts that are stronger). For the style of riding that the Reign is for, bashguards are a good idea, and with a 22,36 combination I've never wanted a third ring on my Reign, even on the road

Interesting....I didn't realise the 2-ring model varied like that to the 3-ring.

I can always remove the big ring, upgrade the middle to a 36 and throw on a bash guard - no hurry to do so. We'll see :)

I've got a 36T Race Face Bashring I'm selling if you do decide to go that way.
