350lb x 3" dhx spring
« on: September 22, 2008, 01:23:52 PM »
Item: fox dhx spring 350lb x 3" stroke, fits a 9.5" shock with 3"stroke, pretty sure it'll fit a shock with less than 3" stroke like a 2.75" or sumthing
Location:Perth, can ship
Item Condition: i bought and never used, do they even wear out?
Reason for selling: wrong weight
Price and price conditions: $90
Extra Info: it's black
Pictures: google it...
Mountain Cycle: It's basically a bomb shelter with wheels, nothing short of a Chuck Norris round house kick can stop it.                                                     Or move it...

How much do you weigh?
Also what is the length of the spring (actual measurement from end to end?)
Keeping it in mind in case my current one turns out to be too soft

pebble it doesnt matter what i weight because my bike uses a dirrerent spring rate to yours. besides i weigh about the same as you...

it's a 3.25" stroke spring that will fit on a shock with 2.75" stroke or more. the total length is 17cm or 6.75"
price is now $80

item: axiom 20mm front hub
condition: good enough. bearings are smooth as.
extra info: black, 20mm, 6bolt disc mount, sealded bearings. came of an 05 norco rampage(i think)
location: perth, can post.
Price: i dunno, maybe $40 or $50

Ahh yeah check TBSM - $90 posted for a brand new fox spring! Rock Shox are cheaper.

Bradley, thanks for the info - the length won't fit my shock. The spring on it at the moment is 15cm long. I also just discovered it's 275 x 2.5, and the shock is supposed to have a 2.75 stroke - so yeah I'll be selling it and looking at sourcing something more suitalble! It did come wiht a Fox 450lb x 2.75 which I sold- that was too heavy for me.

Cheers, and good luck with the sale!
