Well, dry weather suits most of the 4 horsemen.

Famine: Drought = failed crops = famine
Death: Drought = War = Famine as we have previously established, and each of these mean Death is going to be busy.
Pestilence: ............... okay, Pestilence likes it wet and humid, so perhaps it's one horseman weather you're after?
