4x track yesterday

Thought I'd go for a quick Friday arvo spin, nothing to full on. Pulled out the camera and instantly got carried away with myself, culminating in me headplanting.

Good vid, great riding. Looked liked those falls hurt, some one being a hero and not wearing a helmet again when will they learn.
