ACL and PCL, Evolutionary cable ties
Post mount and IS brakes are the same, the only difference is the adaptor. Post mount you mount the brake calliper directly to the fork, IS mount you need an adapter between the calliper and the fork (or frame).

All the adaptors I've seen are for mounting post-mount brakes on IS tabs. I've never seen an adaptor for mounting IS brakes to a post mount fork (not that I've looked).
