This is Karma for avoiding the rock drop.
That bike was flying high.

Wasn't avoiding rock drop....came round corner way to quick and missed it. Hadn't even looked at the b-line so didn't know there was a big nasty rock in the middle until it was too late. One of 4 good ones that run, childsplay compared to my one at the bottom haha

They should make derailleur hangers in the shape of a bottle opener, everyone would carry a spare.

Thanks for posting the pictures up Wal, interesting to see all the different styles!

For the record I didn't even consider going for a tumble over the bars like my Power Rangers team mate, nose her in is the way to go, got eight inches up there for a reason buddins. Only huckers land with the rear wheel  :P

I wish I could have got the sound effects to go with the pics.

There was a lot of scared shitless swearing just before the rock drop.
I also heard a lot of suspension bottoming out along with the crunching of rims.

Next time Ill stand there naked and take photos, might get a few more crash sequences.

EDIT:
If any one recognises themselves and wants me to email it to them
Just PM me the number of the pic Ill send it to you. No cost.

When I did that rock drop on my second run I gave the rock in the landing it a nice bash guard love tap.

Heard like 4 people go 'oooooooooooo' like I had left my cranks behind or something.

Second run I tried to sneak a pedal in before the drop, realised half way through it wasn't going to get around without a big pedal clip on the edge, and had to go off the drop and around the berm with my wrong foot forward. That was such a weird/scary feeling! If you got a pic of me doing that straight on I would have had some funny expression on my face I'm sure. But thanks for posting the pics!
