I got this email back from Cyclecover:

Hi Justin,
 
Please note that we do not have a 'Bicycle Only' Insurance product.
 
Should you (or your members) wish to cancel your (their) current policy
and replace it with Cyclecover you (they) should be entitled to a
pro-rata refund from your (their) current insurer.

please find attached the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Wording

Cyclecover Gold
High quality Accidental Damage policy which covers Accidental Damage or
Loss to your Contents anywhere in Australia and New Zealand, and up to
90 days worldwide. This policy offers superior coverage on your contents
as they are automatically covered outside the home. If you are away on
holidays and lose luggage, have items stolen, drop a mobile or laptop
you are covered. If you accidentally lose a piece of jewellery down the
street you are covered. All of your contents are covered in Australia &
New Zealand 365 days a year and worldwide up to 90 days including your
Laptop, Cameras, Musical Equipment, Computers, Mobile Phones &
Jewellery. Jewellery is covered up to $ 10,000 per item. It is also a
full accidental damage policy. If you spill red wine on the carpet you
are covered, if you knock the plasma TV over you are covered.
 
Bicycle Cover - This policy includes automatic theft and damage cover on
all of your bicycles including damage whilst in use. Thats right crash
damage is covered! This covers all bicycles with no limits on the value
or number of bicycles covered. Coverage is anywhere in Australia & New
Zealand 365 days a year and worldwide up to 90 days. There is no need to
specify your bicycles as the policy provides automatic cover.
 
Racing Cover - Damage whilst racing is optional (additional premium
applies).

Funny, I was just checking insurance yesterday. Velosure does cover for just a bike but the premiums were higher than for my car.

I had bike insurance with Western QBE for a year & it was pretty good, it didn't cover racing though.

EDIT: I just received a quote for $75000 contents insurance & it's very high. I might stick with Western QBE for contents + a separate bike policy.
